Perfect for game day, parties, or a spicy dinner upgrade.

Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 1 lb chicken breast or tenders
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil (for pan or grill)
-
1/2 cup Smoke Eaters Traditional Death sauce
For the ranch slaw:
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Assembly:
- 8 slider buns (brioche or potato-style preferred)
- Dill pickle chips (optional, but encouraged)
-
Extra Traditional Death sauce for drizzling
Directions
Make the slaw: In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, ranch, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and chill while you prep the chicken.
Prepare the chicken: Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder and salt. Heat oil in a skillet or on a grill over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and rest for 3 minutes.
Toss with sauce: Slice or leave chicken whole, and toss thoroughly with Traditional Death sauce. Let it sit a minute to soak up the flavor.
Toast the buns: Lightly butter and toast slider buns on a skillet or under a broiler until golden.
Assemble sliders: Place chicken on bottom buns, top with a scoop of ranch slaw, a pickle chip or two, and drizzle with extra sauce. Add top bun and press gently.
- Serve immediately with fries, celery, or extra slaw on the side.
