When will my order ship?

We work hard to get your sauces out quickly. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours of shipment.

How should I store my sauces?

For best flavor and freshness:

Refrigerate all sauces after opening

Shake well before each use

Some natural ingredient separation may occur. That’s completely normal. Just give it a good shake and enjoy.

What are your sauces good on?

Short answer: absolutely everything.

Wings, tenders, burgers, tacos, fries, pizza, eggs, grilled chicken, steak, seafood, rice bowls, sandwiches, dips, marinades — and whatever else you’re cooking.

If it needs flavor, it needs Smoke Eaters.

My bottle arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email business@smokeeaterssauces.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once we receive the photo, we will quickly send a replacement.

Can I return my order?

Because our sauces are food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Our goal is simple: you’re happy with your experience.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled without penalty before they ship.

If your order has already shipped, please contact us and we’ll guide you through next steps.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you notice an incorrect address, email us immediately at business@smokeeaterssauces.com with your order number and the correct address.

We can update addresses within a limited window before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute it.

Are your sauces gluten-free?

Our sauces are produced in a facility that also processes wheat, so they are not currently certified gluten-free.

Some flavors contain soy sauce, which may contain wheat depending on the formulation. Please review each bottle’s ingredient label carefully if you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy.

Do your sauces contain preservatives?
