Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- 1/2 lb pulled pork or shredded chicken

1/2 cup Smoke Eaters Nuclear sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Pickled jalapeños
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Sour cream
- Green onions and cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges
Directions
- Toss pork in sauce and warm in a skillet over medium heat.
