These Thai Zing Shrimp Lettuce Wraps are the perfect light yet flavorful meal. Layered with cool slaw, creamy avocado, red onion, and cilantro in crisp lettuce leaves, these wraps are bright, bold, and balanced. Finished with a squeeze of lime and crushed peanuts, they’re a restaurant-level dish made easy.

Ingredients
For the Shrimp:

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup Smoke Eaters Thai Zing sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil (canola or sesame)
- Pinch garlic powder
For the Slaw:
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Toppings & Fixings:
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges
- Crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions
- Make slaw: Toss cabbage, carrots, vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl. Chill.
- Marinate shrimp: Mix shrimp with garlic powder, soy sauce, and 1/4 cup Thai Zing. Rest 10–15 mins.
- Cook shrimp: Sauté over medium-high heat 2–3 mins per side until pink. Toss with remaining Thai Zing.
- Assemble wraps: Spoon slaw into lettuce leaves. Add shrimp, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
- Garnish: Top with peanuts and squeeze of lime.
